What currency are prices in, and do they include VAT?
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing rate where applicable, and is itemised on your invoice.
What happens if I exceed my monthly claims volume?
Additional claims are billed at R6.00 per claim processed above your plan allowance, itemised on your next invoice. We will notify you before overage billing starts, and you can upgrade your plan at any time.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Paystack, our payment provider. Annual billing with a discount equivalent to two months free is available on request.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel at any time and your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in every plan. Enterprise integrations that require custom development are scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.
